A client or a supplier due-diligence process has sent over a questionnaire asking how you govern AI, and someone now has to answer it. Most of these questionnaires ask variations on the same handful of questions: do you have a policy, do you know what AI tools your team actually uses, how is client data handled, and what happens if an agent acts on its own.
